How a pilot runs
You tell us what you read
Volume, formats, who makes the call and what the current reading process costs you in time.
We scope it
A written pilot scope: which coverage modes, how many titles, what success looks like and what it costs. Usually within two business days.
Lens calibration
We calibrate an Evaluation Lens against material your team already responded to, so coverage reflects your taste rather than an industry average.
Live slate
You run real submissions through it alongside your existing process and compare the reads directly. No leap of faith required.
