Who you are dealing with
Scripitt is a product of HAAIS Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”). Correspondence: admin@scripitt.com.
Scope
These terms govern your use of https://scripitt.com. Use of the Scripitt application is governed by a separate agreement provided at onboarding.
What this site is
An informational website describing Scripitt. Descriptions of features, capabilities and availability are provided in good faith and may change. Commercial terms are agreed per engagement. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance or a contractual commitment.
What the product does and does not do
Scripitt produces assessments of material submitted to it. It does not generate, rewrite or otherwise author creative work.
Coverage, scores, verdicts and memos are recommendations to inform human judgment. They are not guarantees of commercial outcome, quality, saleability or any other result.
Provenance records are internal chain-of-custody documentation. They are not a copyright registration, not proof of authorship and not a credit determination. Nothing produced by the platform determines rights, credit or authorship.
Intellectual property
The Scripitt name, logo, wordmark and the content of this site belong to HAAIS Inc.. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
Material you submit to the application remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
